Berthe Morisot

Today I braved the cold and went to Ordrupgaard, an art museum a little north of Copenhagen, to watch their current exhibition 'Berthe Morisot'. I must admit my knowledge of her was limited to her brother-in-law, Edouard Manet's portrait of her below.



It was a wonderful exhibition. It was like stepping into rooms of spring, which is higly anticipated here in cold, snowy Copenhagen!

  2. A beautiful way to spend time. Good reminder. It's time for a museum visit. My last felt disappointing, but it is time to get back on the horse.
